Awesome fish.

One day I will go chase some chrome on a fly rod that will eventually ruin me from all other types of fishing.

Do you like to troll? If so fishfindergeneral on here is a trolling guide on Dale Hollow Lake.

How does the whitefish fight?

I have always heard people tend to complain when they catch them but at least they are good eating. Any truth to that?

Yep did a lot of trolling back home especially for the eyes and salmon. Hoping to try and use that knowledge when attempting for some stripers sometime.

Whitefish fight like a wet towell but they are excellent eating when fresh. You can fry it, grill it, bake it, and smoke it.

Travis, Whitefish are under rated. There is nothing like a school of Whitefish to break up a day of slow Trout catching. I've had days that the Whitefish were bigger and better fighting than Trout.

Have you been traveling much lately or still waiting on all the runoff to drop?
