To all of our veterans here:

Thank you for your service.

I will second that.

So many here have no idea what goes on elsewhere to keep every day life as when know it or have grown used to.

Thank you guys for your service.

That is so true!
Thank you all for the sacrifices you have made no matter how big or small!
And also a thank you to all the new recruits that are enlisting in these uncertain times and volunteering to be the next generation of men and women to make us proud and protect our country and freedoms.

Today is a day where we celebrate those Veteran's who "got out
alive". The VERY FACT that you don't think that is something worth
celebrating says heaps about you. Do you actually WISH that our brave
veterans are all killed? How can you sleep at night with that?

MX, this post is borderline on being deleted but I'm going to let it stand. NOBODY in this thread has said anything even close to what you are implying. I think everybody here values the sacrifices that the men and women of our military make every day to protect our freedoms.

There has been nothing in this thread but heartfelt thanks to our veterans for their service. Please keep it respectful. I don't intend to post a second warning.
