I don't know sitting behind this desk, But I feel I would have fired into the floor of his craft fearing my life was in danger and if he continued...well you know the Rule, Judged by 12 or carried by 6.

But until it happens you really don't know! Am I in danger? Is this my last resort?

It's a real grey area.

I am not sure the posted 150 feet can be enforced on public water. Either way the guys in the jon boat are wrong in trying to sink another boat. I think there should be charges against the guys in the jon. Road rage, destruction of private property, and I can think of more.
