Jpp or Cumberland?

Hey guys,
Well if this cold weather holds out another week I was thinking about trying to do some fishing since I have off next weekend. What do you guys think, jpp or hitting the Cumberland? I'd be going after striper or catfish. Ive heard the river all the way up to OH dam is pretty good this year but have never tried it. What do u guys think?

If you go below the dam make sure they have at least 2 gens running. You can catch plenty of fish with 1 gen but they are generally smaller.
Cooler weather and more flow = possible trophy fish!
